Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Owners Agreement which is given to you when you first use our services.
The rate charged is a DAY rate regardless of drop off or pickup time.
All School Term holidays are the full Holiday Rate.No discounts apply during these times.
A minim um booking of 6 Days (i.e. 5 nights) applies for any booking that includes any part of the Christmas holiday period of 24th December to 11th January.

It i s the responsibility of all dog owners to visit our minders prior to payment of the deposit to ensure owners are completely happy with the minding environment.
If monies are not received by the dates specified, then Dogs Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to reallocate the minder to other bookings .
ALL PAYMENTS must be made direct to: "Dogs Bed and Breakfast"NOT to the Minder.
We accept: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.
We require a 50% deposit within IO days of giving you the minder's details or within 24hours of meeting the allocated minder (whichever is sooner). Your booking is only confirmed by Dogs Bed and Breakfast once we receive your full deposit. Full payment is then due two weeks prior to your booking start date.
Bookings less than 2 weeks in advance require full payment within 24 hours of meeting the minder or prior to booking start date (whichever is sooner).
Please note any last minute bookings (less than IO days in advance) require prepayment of a $30 booking fee before any processing can occur. This fee will be deducted from the total cost if you proceed with your booking. Full payment is then required to the confirm booking.
Christmas lloliday Bookings
In addition to the general booking requirements , Bookings that include any part of the December and January school holidays must be paid in full four weeks prior to departure or December 1st, whichever is later. Due to heavy demand at these times we cannot hold bookings that do not abide by these terms.
Cancellations and Credits:
While we do not give refunds, once a booking has been confirmed, we are happy to supply a credit in the following situations:
- General Bookings
Cancellations more than 14 days of the booking start date: A credit of the full amount paid less an administration fee, equal to 50% of the deposit, is applied to your account. (see below for Minimum Booking Period)
Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start date: A credit of the any amount paid in excess of the deposit. The deposit is forfeited. (see below for Minimum Booking Period).
Cancellations less than I FULL Business Day before the start date are not credited.
Cancellations once a stay has commenced (i .e. early pickups) are not credited .
Cancellations prior to 14 days of a booking that includes any part of the Minimum Booking Period (24th December to I Ith January) means a forfeit of the agreed deposit as set out in the confirmation email Any balance paid in excess of the deposit is given as credit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days of a booking that includes any part of the Minimum Booking Period (24th December to 11th January) means a forfeit of all monies paid with no credit given .
Cancellations once a stay has commenced (i.e. early pickups) are not credited.
Transferring a Booking
Ifyou transfer a booking to a new date prior to 14 days of the booking start date: All monies paid are transferred to the new booking less a Rebooking Fee of $50. Ifless than 14 days notice is given, the changes are treated as a separate cancellation and new booking. All Christmas transfers are treated as a separate cancellation and new booking.
All credits will be held for a maximum period of 12 months from the start date of the cancelled booking. Credits older than 12 months are forfeited.
